The best impression of their services that stands out the most to me is the very first service that we received from them. We literally had just hired Deno and CDM a week earlier and they were not scheduled to start managing our community until the next month. We were going to be in a limbo stage until then. We had a fire in one of our units. In a panic I called Deno for advice. Although not “officially” our property manager, Deno left a Christmas party he was attending and came to our property. Before I knew it he had already reached out to a contractor to come out that night to assist in boarding up windows and starting to assess structural damage. Since then Deno has guided us through a complete roof remodel as well as a complete siding job for our whole community, with other projects on the schedule. I highly recommend Deno and CDM for your property management needs. My only regret is that we did not hire them earlier.
